Squad 3 is a focused recreational group for gymnasts who are seen as having potential at a young age. Gymnasts in this group follow the CDP where their fundamental gymnastics skills are fast tracked to allow them to be able to be higher level competitors in the future. Commitment is important for this group as they are developing key gymnastics skills and techniques. 

Sessions are:

Thursday 5:00pm - 7:00pm ages 7 +

Sunday 9:45 - 11:45am ages 5-6
