Squad 2 is a competitive group for gymnasts working at high level CDP and lower level NDP, that we believe have the potential to compete at regional level and potentially national level. Training intensity is increased and more commitment is required. The focus in this group is developing skills and perfecting technique. Gymnasts in this group will follow the National development plan and compete in regional, national and friendly international competitions. 

Sessions are:

Tuesday 6:00pm - 8:00pm, 

Friday 5:30pm - 8:00pm,

Saturday 1:30pm - 5:30pm 

and gymnasts are required to attend all of these sessions.
